RENTAL FEE?

CAN I RENT THE BARN WITHOUT THE CABIN?

No, per our Brown County zoning stipulations, it is required that you rent the Big Easy Log Cabin in order to reserve the Barn for your event. The cabin serves as a convenient weekend overnight accommodation for the bride and groom, family or bridal party. Brides also enjoy the spacious yet cozy space to relax and settle in on Friday night and to get ready in before the wedding on Saturday. We invite you to take a look to see for yourself.

 

ONSITE RESTROOMS?

We have (2) ADA compliant restrooms in the barn for your guests which includes a larger dressing area in the women's restroom.

 

OUTDOOR CEREMONY?

There is a large flat grassy area directly in front of the Barn that is perfect for an outdoor ceremony. We offer rustic wooden benches for outdoor seating and a wooden platform for the wedding party. Ask us about our antique doors for your ceremony entrance.

 

PARKING?

On-site parking is available. Vehicles can be left on the property overnight until 11:00am on Sunday. We want you and your guests to be safe; please ask us about our preferred shuttle services.

 

MAX CAPACITY?

You may host up to 120 guests in the main level barn and an additional 60 guests can be seated in the upstairs loft. Additional capacity possible with additional tent, chair and table rental required. 

 

VENDORS?

Your favorite outside vendors are welcome here, however we do require proof of liability insurance and appropriate licenses from external vendors, with a general liability policy covering property damage and personal injury. Ask us for a list of our preferred vendors.

 

CATERING POLICY?

The barn has its own catering area including a prep counter, refrigerator and wash down facilities.  A licensed catering company must supply all food and drinks. Caterer is responsible for set-up, breakdown and cleanup of the catered area. 

 

ALCOHOL POLICY?

Alcohol is permitted on the premises, however approved and licensed bartenders who carry Liquor Liability Insurance must be used. 

 

DOES THE PARTY HAVE TO END?

We want to be good neighbors therefore we, and the Brown County Ordinances, ask that music, amplified sound and alcohol service conclude by 10:30pm. All guests should be off the premises by 11:00pm (note, this does not include up to 8 registered guests of Big Easy Log Cabin). 

 

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your wedding weekend. If you should change your mind within 2 weeks of making your deposit, you will receive a full refund. All payments after the 2 weeks will be non-refundable. 

 

Easy. Just send us an e-mail and we will find a convenient time for you to visit. Tours are by appointment only or check out our monthly open house.

 

FURNITURE PROVIDED?

Chairs and 8' rustic harvest tables for 180 guests, (2) 10' harvest tables, (6) barrel cocktail tables, (1) 4' table, (2) 8' rectangle tables are provided in the Wedding Package. Wooden benches are available for outdoor ceremony seating. 

 

DECORATIONS?

We encourage you to make the space your own. Barn door drapery and speciality lighting are included in the Wedding Package. Note that candles must be contained by glass and used in a manner that does not create a fire hazard.  It is the client's responsibility to return the site to its original state.
